Q. I'm a level 60 blood elf holy pala, and I'm wondering what would be more beneficial in the long run, blacksmithing or jewelcrafting? You can get a really good JC-only spellpower gem ( It could be worth it to make your own gems, but I hear that it can be a bugger to level up. I have a prot paladin and I am thinking of levelling it up for the BOP stamina trinkets you can make. I wouldn't level blacksmithing purely for making your own armour. It's good, but you can get better by raiding. It depends if you want to make money or have a good trade for yourself.
